Emily Bernhardt is a Landscape Designer with a Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture from the Pennsylvania State University. Through her academic studies, she learned to look at landscape through a global lens to address critical ecological issues. Sustainability, resiliency, and conservation are the tiers of design that Emily is most passionate about because they directly contribute to the longevity and success of our climate.
With the restrictions of a global pandemic, Ms. Bernhardt chose to utilize her time by enrolling in a summer studio to accelerate her graduation and begin making an impact in the design world. This also helped advanced her artistic skills and experiment with different mediums of visual communication. Her graduate studies also included learning valuable skills in construction documentation, visual rendering, and collaborative design.
Additionally, Emily is proficient and effective in utilizing programs such as: ArcGIS, AutoCad, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, Sketchup, Lumion, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, Rhino, Grasshopper and Ladybug.
