Carolyn Yagle

Everything is a puzzle with pieces to be found and placed together, and every puzzle has a welcome challenge.  Carolyn enjoys helping others make their ideas happen.  Planning and design are avenues to do just that. Carolyn brings more than 22 years of experience in understanding how land use regulations, community planning, development, economics, infrastructure, and civic amenities influence design and policy decisions at the local and regional scales.

Although traveling far and wide is always appealing, her favorite spot she’s found so far is sitting beside a particular mossy rock in the Laurel Highlands listening to a certain babbling brook.
